Overview
Reaching lengths over 6.37m (21 ft) and weighing over 2,250 kgs, the
Great White Shark also known as the "White Pointer" is the world's largest known predatory fish and the
most feared of all sharks. ESS has organized the experience of a lifetime
- meeting the Great White Shark- in the intimacy of its own natural domain.
From the safety of a shark cage, fear will become fascination as divers
begin to truly understand the beauty, grace, intelligence and power of
this streamlined killer.
The ESSential Difference
Why should you choose ESS Great White Sharks?
As well as the exceptional features that ESS incorporates into all its adventures,
each venture also has its own unique experiences and services. Browse a
couple of the exclusive highlights that distinguishes ESS Great White Sharks
from all others.
- We know clients want to spend as much time as possible in the water
(or perhaps on the water) therefore ESS charters a plane from Adelaide
to speed clients to the dive vessel. Once aboard, the generous accommodation
means no one needs lose valuable dive time traveling between the shore
and the vessel.
- Unique to ESS, we offer clients facilities usually only available
to underwater wild-life photographers and documentary makers. ESS uses
2 single person and one 3 person dive cages to maximize the individual
participants can spend in the water and have the security of companions
at other times.
- No other company offers the excitement of a fully-supervised night
dive and viewing.
- Comfortable on-board facilities in one 4 bed and two 2 bed cabins
with hot water showers.
- The safety of our clients is a priority for ESS. MSDT PADI Dive Instructor and ESS Director David Armstrong will provide personal instruction in the use of all equipment including breathing apparatus and supervise and assist all dives to ensure clients are comfortable in the cage.
