Program Benefits:

For coaching staff:

• The ESS team work collaboratively with coaching staff and Club personnel to provide up to date training session attendance and injury reports on a weekly basis.
• Comprehensive Injury reports will provide valuable information to help assess length of expected layoff and rehabilitation suggestions.
• 24 Hour emergency access to our sports medicine and training team will ensure players receive the best possible treatment options available in the event of injury.
• Access to elite training and recovery facilities for your team

MONDAY: Session: AAMI Park Indoor Session

• Specially designed Strength & Conditioning weights circuit with a focus on prehabilitation
• Recovery Session - Ice Baths, Spa & Active Pool Recovery
• Additional Recovery options for injured players
• Indoor Skills Session using Sprung Loaded Floor

Cost:

• Melbourne Based "Country Footballer Recovery & Training Program": $350.00 (pro-rata) for the season including finals. $20 Direct Debit Per Week Option Available on Request**
