ESS now offers IHT at our High Performance Training Centre in Richmond. All training programs are supervised by qualified and experienced staff. Every program incorporates testing and monitoring of oxygen levels to help determine each individual treatment profile and ensure maximum safety.  Programs can be tailored to suit both individual clients and team requirements.
